Tameika Jones

Tameika Jones is an experienced professional in the fields of diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as human resources management. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at UnitedHealth Group since April 2022, Tameika previously held the role of Associate Human Capital Partner at Optum, where responsibilities included enhancing employee experience and collaborating with DE&I leaders. Prior experience at Cummins Inc. included various positions such as Senior Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Project Manager, where Tameika focused on employee relations, training program effectiveness, and talent management. Earlier in Tameika's career, roles at Parker Hannifin encompassed both marketing and sales. Tameika holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University and a Master of Science in Management with a focus on Human Resource Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
