Jimmy Hendry

Jimmy Hendry is an experienced professional in the plumbing and education sectors, currently serving as a Governing Board member at BPEC since July 2023. With a long-standing role as a Master Plumber, EngTech, AfCGI, FCIPHE, RP at Master Plumber since March 2020 and as a Plumbing Lecturer at Inverness College UHI since November 2016, Jimmy has demonstrated a strong commitment to both practical and educational aspects of the plumbing profession. Previous positions include notable roles as a Plumbing/H&S Supervisor at Vaughan Engineering Group Ltd, Mechanical Services Technician at the British Antarctic Survey, and Firefighter with the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service. Educational qualifications include several diplomas and awards in teaching and plumbing technology, with ongoing studies in internal verification and teaching qualifications at UHI.
