David Van Dorpe is an experienced sales and management professional with a strong background in sports-related industries. Currently serving as Sales Manager for Belgium at uhlsport GmbH since January 2016, David is responsible for B2B sales of teamwear and hardware for the brands Uhlsport and Kempa. Prior to this role, David held the position of Secretary General at the Vlaamse Handbal Vereniging from March 2006 to October 2015, overseeing the management of a sports federation with 7,000 active members and playing a key role in event management and the development of the BENE-League handball and national teams. David also has experience in sales management at Megasteel SA and Mafer/Joris Ide. Academic qualifications include a degree in Law from KU Leuven and studies in Economics, specifically focusing on EU enlargement, at the College of Europe in Natolin.
