Jennifer Diasio

Jennifer Diasio has extensive experience in accounting and internal auditing, serving as Associate Vice President of Accounting at UHS from March 2016 to June 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing financial reporting and serving as Vice President and Controller for UHT. Prior roles include Corporate Director of Internal Audit, leading the department to ensure compliance with established audit criteria and Sarbanes Oxley regulations, and Assistant Director of Internal Audit at The POWER of Professional Women from February 2018 to February 2019. Earlier career experience includes roles as Staff & Senior Consultant at LECG/Smart & Associates, LLP, and internships in managed services and hosting solutions design at SAP America. Jennifer holds an MBA in Health Care Administration from Widener University, earned in 2015, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the same institution, completed in 2007.
