Lisa Kays

Lisa Kays is currently the Regional Director of Payer Strategies at UHS Southern CA, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, Lisa served as Vice President of Payer Contracting & Alignment at HCA Far West Division from 2017 to 2023. They have held various leadership roles, including Director of Provider Network Operations at Affinity Medical Solutions and Director of Managed Care Services at NorthBay Healthcare. Lisa also gained experience as Assistant Director of Managed Care at Stanford Healthcare and as a Network Manager at Aetna Workers' Comp Access. They hold a Master's of Science in Healthcare Administration from Central Michigan University and are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Park University.
