Terri L. Ward, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in risk management and compliance within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Regional Risk Director at UHS since August 2018, Ward previously held the role of Administrative Director for Risk Management and Performance Improvement at UHS-Northern Nevada Medical Center from February 2013 to July 2018. Earlier career positions include Director of Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance Officer at West Hills Hospital, Investigator and Compliance Officer for the State of Nevada - Board of Medical Examiners, and Reserve Deputy at Lyon County Sheriff's Office. Ward's educational background includes an MBA in Business Administration and a BSHS in Human Services from the University of Phoenix, as well as an AAS in Criminal Justice from Western Nevada College.
