Raymond Lau

Raymond Lau's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Raymond is currently the Lead System Engineer at UHSM Health Share since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Support Engineer at Microsoft from May 2022 to October 2022. In this role, they resolved customer tickets and helped reduce their monthly expenditure by resolving Logic Apps billing issues. Raymond also utilized Kusto Query Language for troubleshooting customer's Logic Apps. Before that, they were an IT Specialist at SureCo - Healthcare & Technology from January 2021 to May 2022. In this role, they created automation scripts, conducted code reviews, and provided web support. Raymond also has experience as a Junior Network Engineer at Clear from June 2018 to June 2020. Raymond started their career as a Production Assistant Intern at Merit/Andrew in 2017 and worked as a Sales Associate at Watch Station International and a Cashier at Yogurtland in 2013 and 2011 respectively.

Raymond Lau studied Cinema and Television Arts at California State University, Fullerton. Before that, they attended Milpitas High School. Raymond also pursued studies in Broadcasting at Ohlone College. Additionally, they obtained certifications in various fields, including Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Windows Server, IT Support, and Juniper Networks.
