Max Varriale

Max Varriale has an extensive background in operations and project management, currently serving as Director of Operations at UHURU DESIGN since November 2018, with various roles including Senior Operations Manager and Project Manager. Prior experience at Think Fabricate involved designing and fabricating custom furniture and installations. At Wadaly Design/Build, Max was the sole assistant to a master woodworker, and seasonal roles as a carpenter at PAE and Raytheon included projects at McMurdo Station and the South Pole. Max also led construction efforts as an AmeriCorps Site Leader with Habitat for Humanity in New York City and participated in AmeriCorps NCCC, focusing on disaster relief and community service projects.
