Fabián Riofrío

Head of Customer Success at Uhuru Network

Fabián Riofrío has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. Fabián began their career as a Database Manager at Stems Inc. in 2007. Fabián then served as an Editor/Producer for the periodical "El Semillero" at the Festival de Cine Cero Latitud in 2008. In 2010, they worked as an Asistente de Estudio at Foto Marggraff and was also the Founder/Member of SudakaFoto. From 2011 to 2015, they held roles as a Gerente de Cuentas for Telefónica Ecuador, an Ejecutivo de Comunicación, and an Ejecutivo de Cuentas for Quiport at BOA Estrategia y Comunicación. During this same time period, they were also the Director at Humans of Quito and the Head of Moving Pictures at Céntrico Digital, where they produced Digital Marketing videos. Since 2017, they have been the Content Editor at Corporación Quiport S.A. and, most recently, the Head of Customer Success and Customer Success Specialist at Uhuru Network, beginning in 2022.

Fabián Riofrío obtained their High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates from Academia Cotopaxi between 1987 and 2001. Fabián then attended Florida Institute of Technology from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained a degree in Computer Science. In 2005, Fabián Riofrío graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Comunicación. In 2020, they completed a Diplomado Internacional de Gestión Aeroportuaria at ITAérea Aeronautical Business School in Business Administration and Management, General. In addition, Fabián Riofrío has obtained two additional certifications: Adobe After Effects from Instituto Metropolitano de Diseño in 2015, and Content Strategy- Brand Partner Program from YouTube in 2017.
