Christy Felix has a wealth of work experience. Christy began their career in 2013 as an Intern at the Cambridge Housing Authority, where they implemented sustainable organizational systems to ensure data and file integrity and clear flow of communication and information. Christy also oversaw daily operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the legal department. In 2015, they interned at Draper. In 2017, they were a Global Markets Intern at State Street, where they researched diversity statistics and created a presentation for senior associates about the importance of diversity in the workplace. Christy also created online onboarding modules to teach new hires about State Street and how corporate divisions interact. In 2018, they were a Global Human Resources Intern at State Street and a U.S. Chamber of Commerce Intern. During their time at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, they researched education statistics of multiple states across the U.S. In 2019, they were a Summer Financial Analyst at Houlihan Lokey. In 2020, they were a Professional Development Program Senior Associate at State Street. In 2021, they were a Sales Analyst, Officer at State Street Global Advisors. Finally, in 2022, they became a Board Member at the Community Charter School of Cambridge. Additionally, in 2018, Christy founded and became the CEO of UHustle, a multi-vendor marketplace for students with side-hustles.

Christy Felix attended Cornell University ILR School from 2016 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations. Christy then attended Georgetown University McDonough School of Business from 2018 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Management, Innovation, and Leadership.
