Rhys Madoc has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. Rhys began their career as an Assistant Financial Controller at Total Information Group in 1987. Rhys then worked at John Dickinson Stationery Ltd as a Trainee Management Accountant before moving on to Hertfordshire Training and Enterprise Council as a Training Provider Contracts Manager. In 1995, Rhys joined Hertfordshire Business Link as an HR, Training, and IIP Consultant. Rhys then became an International Development Manager at International Development Consortium in 1999. Rhys went on to hold various roles at London Brokerage Ltd, including Senior Relationship Manager, Head of Large Employers Unit, and Head of Communications and Stakeholder Management. In 2011, they joined Exemplas as the Head of Management Development and Quality Systems. Currently, Rhys is the Chief Executive Officer of UHY International, a position they have held since 2019.
Rhys Madoc earned a Master of Arts in Management degree from the University of Hertfordshire from 1998 to 2002. Rhys attended Verulam School for Boys from 1979 to 1986, but there is no information about any specific degree or field of study during their time there. In addition to their formal education, Rhys Madoc has obtained certifications such as Level 3 from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, and they are a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Rhys is also a member of British Mensa.
