Marilyn Pendergast

Marilyn Pendergast is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the accounting and advisory field. Currently serving as Managing Director at UHY Advisors, Inc. since 1966, Marilyn has contributed to one of the leading professional services firms in the United States. Prior involvement includes volunteering at the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) from 1978 to 2016 and at the New York State Society of CPAs (NYSSCPA) from 1974 to 2012. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Business earned from the University at Albany between 1960 and 1964.
