Vipan Kumar has extensive experience in the insurance industry. Vipan is currently working at UIB Insurance Brokers (India) Private Limited as the Head of the Employee Health & Benefits Practice, Digital Strategy, Marketing & Communications, and CISO. In this role, they have developed a robust digital ecosystem for the organization, including various platforms for employee health and benefits, digital health and wellness, and retail insurance distribution. Vipan Kumar completed their B.Sc. degree in Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry from Panjab University in 2003. For their senior secondary education, Vipan attended GMSSS, Chandigarh, where they focused on Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry. Prior to that, they attended Henderson Jubilee School for their high school education, with a focus on Science.
