James Payne

James Payne is currently serving as an Unmanned Systems Research Analyst on the IUPA Team at UICGS / Bowhead Family of Companies since May 2023. Prior to this role, James held multiple positions at R3 Strategic Support Group, Inc., including UUV Requirements Program Analyst and Unmanned Systems Portfolio Manager from January 2022 to August 2023. James also served as Branch Manager at AC Pro from August 2021 to January 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing the distribution of HVAC products across 32 locations in three states. Earlier experience includes a position as Training Specialist at ProteQ from April 2019 to January 2022 and Schoolhouse Manager at MAR Incorporated from August 2015 to March 2019. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management and Supervision from DeVry University, earned between 2012 and 2015.
