Ray Milton

Ray Milton is an experienced acquisition analyst currently supporting the PMO 555 Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization Program at UICGS / Bowhead Family of Companies since August 2022, focusing on documentation and cost analysis for congressional funding. Previously, Ray held various roles including senior program analyst at Reliability & Performance Technologies and deployment site cutover lead at Client Solution Architects, where contributions spanned Navy financial solutions and logistics IT systems. With extensive project management experience in SAP implementations and engineering oversight from positions at Serco, SRA, and the Navy's logistics programs, Ray's background encompasses significant maritime and nuclear engineering expertise, supported by an MBA in Acquisitions and degrees in Nuclear Engineering and Marine Engineering from renowned institutions.
