Thomas Ricker

Thomas Ricker (TS/SCI) has a diverse professional background in intelligence analysis and program management, primarily focused on unmanned systems and maritime surveillance. Currently serving as a Program Analyst for UICGS / Bowhead Family of Companies since April 2022, Thomas provides business management operations support to various Unmanned Aerial Systems programs. Previous experience includes a role as a Senior Intelligence Analyst at SAIC, where Thomas contributed to Broad Area Maritime Surveillance operations, and as a Systems Engineer at SOLUTE, supporting the MQ-4C Triton UAS. Thomas has also held positions at AECOM and the U.S. Coast Guard, where significant contributions were made in technical development, analysis of intelligence data, and operational support. Thomas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
