Mircea Neagovici Negoescu

Mircea Neagovici Negoescu is an experienced technology leader with significant expertise in artificial intelligence and research. Currently serving as VP of AI and Research at UiPath since April 2018, Mircea focuses on advancements in computer vision, information extraction, semantic similarity, and task mining. Prior to this role, Mircea spent nearly two decades at Microsoft, where positions included Director of AI in the AI and Research Group and Principal Engineering Manager for Office 365, as well as roles in SharePoint Search. Mircea holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Washington and a Master of Science in Information Technology from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
