Miruna Mutu

Miruna Mutu is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition and employer branding, currently serving as a Program Manager for University Recruitment in EMEA, as well as a Talent Acquisition Partner at UiPath since November 2021. Prior to this, Miruna held positions at Ubisoft from September 2018 to November 2021, including Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist and Talent Acquisition Officer. Miruna began the career as a Recruitment Analyst at Architected Business Solutions from December 2017 to September 2018. Educationally, Miruna holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Health and the Performance of Human Resources from the University of Bucharest (2017-2019) and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the same institution (2014-2017), complemented by a High School Diploma from Colegiul Național "Ion Luca Caragiale" in Ploiesti (2010-2014).
