Robert Trandafir

Robert Trandafir, PMI-ACP and PMP certified, currently serves as the Senior Accessibility Program Manager at UiPath, a position held since September 2018. In this role, Robert leads the Accessibility Program for Cloud Products, focusing on collaboration across various teams, process improvements, end-to-end testing, automation of accessibility checks, and integration of third-party accessibility technologies. Prior to this, Robert was the Localization & Accessibility Program Manager at UiPath, where responsibilities included the localization of products in multiple languages and the development of the company's Accessibility Program. Additionally, experience includes strategic project management at UiPath Academy and IT project management roles at BNP Paribas Personal Finance and BCR, complemented by a Master's degree in Project Management from Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Bucharest.
