Tom Preece

Tom Preece is an accomplished data scientist with extensive experience in the field, currently working as a Lead Data Scientist at UiPath since May 2025. Prior to this role, Tom served as a Lead Data Scientist and Data Scientist at Peak from July 2018 to June 2025, where significant contributions were made in the retail sector. Tom began the data science journey at BPN Consulting from July 2016 to June 2018 after starting as a Business Analyst, focusing on creating software solutions for Vietnamese businesses. Earlier in the career, Tom gained experience as a Finance and Tax Analyst at RsA - Asia Tax Advisors and had insights into investment management and stock brokering during work experience stints at Redmayne-Bentley LLP and J.P. Morgan. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with Industrial Placement from Durham University, completed in 2018.
