Alan Otero

Alan Otero has a diverse work experience. From 2011 to 2019, they have held various roles in the technology and IT industry. In 2011, they were a Python Developer for Freelance, developing software for the control of a government department internal and external official communication. In 2012, they were a Python Developer for Ritsumeikan University, developing a Spanish/English translation algorithm based on Natural Language Processing. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Software Developer and Project Manager for SF Soluciones, performing the implementation of OpenERP in small and medium size businesses. From 2014 to 2016, they were the IT Manager and Corporate Work Study Program Coordinator for Cristo Rey San Jose High School, where they established the school's IT infrastructure, policies, standards, and procedures. Finally, from 2019 to present, they have been a System Engineer and Manager of Desktop Support Techs (entrylevel) and Systems Engineer for UIS Technology Partners.

Alan Otero's education history includes obtaining a High School Diploma from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey in 2004, a Bachelor of Science in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2008, and an Information Science Technical Program from Ritsumeikan University in 2012. Alan also pursued a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Centro de Investigación y de Estudios Avanzados del IPN from 2009 to 2011.
