Adrian Poher

Adrian Poher is an experienced Training Manager at UITP since December 2020, with a strong background in training management, design, and eLearning project management. Previously, Adrian served as Head of Learning and Development at amfori, where responsibilities included managing a team, training needs analysis, content development, and enhancing service provider quality. Adrian's earlier roles included positions such as Junior Consultant and Trainer at the European Institute of Public Administration, where training courses focused on public sector innovation and performance management, and Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Consultant at MakeSense, organizing workshops for societal challenges. Adrian holds a Master of Science in Social Responsibility and Sustainability and a Bachelor's Degree in International Business and Modern Languages from Aston University, complemented by a Permaculture Design Course Certificate.
