Lisa Pietersen

Lisa Pietersen is currently serving as the Vice President HRBP at UJA Federation of Greater Toronto, with previous experience as VP People at MediaCom and Wavemaker Canada. Prior to this, Lisa has held leadership roles in HR at Maxus, Sony Music Entertainment Canada Inc., CDI Computer Dealers Inc., and Indus International. Lisa holds a Human Resources Management Post Degree Certificate from Seneca Polytechnic and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Sociology from York University. Throughout her career, Lisa has been instrumental in driving strategic planning, change management initiatives, and ensuring the proper application of HR programs.
