Diana Pan

Diana Pan is an accomplished technology leader currently serving as Chief Digital Officer at UJA-Federation of New York and as a CTO Advisory Board Member at Bain Capital Ventures, both since late 2024. Diana is also a Visiting Assistant Professor at Pratt Institute since 2021 and has extensive experience from a decade-long tenure at The Museum of Modern Art, where Diana held the roles of Chief Technology Officer and Technology Director. Prior positions include Vice President of Technology Services at New Madison Ave, Director of Technology at Scholastic Inc. and Dice, and engineering roles at BMC Software. Diana holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Columbia University.
