Before joining ujet.cx, Michele worked at American Customer Care as the Head of G2M & CX Strategy for six years. Their earlier experience includes roles at Premiere Response, where they were the Director of Contact Center Operations & Client Success, Senior Manager of Experience Design & Implementation, and Customer Experience Manager in the pharma/CPG industry.
Michele Shane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science & Sport Studies from Rutgers University. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Introduction to Generative AI from Google Cloud Skills Boost for Partners in 2023.
