Ludmila Milla has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Their most recent role is as the CEO and Co-founder of UJJI, a learning and development SaaS company that helps scale-up teams train their employees on the skills required for business growth. Additionally, Ludmila has experience in organizational development and human resources as an Organisational Development Manager at Método Potencial Engenharia.

In their early career, Ludmila worked as an Architect at Método Potencial Engenharia and started their professional journey as an Analyst at Whirlpool Corporation. Throughout their career, Ludmila has demonstrated a strong ability to drive organizational change, develop training programs, and successfully grow businesses.

Ludmila Milla's education history begins in 2002, when they earned a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. In 2010, they pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Fundação Dom Cabral.

In 2018, Ludmila began their studies in Human Resources Development at the CIPD Qualifications, where they obtained a Diploma in 2020. Additionally, they achieved the Associate (Assoc CIPD) certification from CIPD in January 2020.

Continuing their educational journey, Ludmila enrolled in the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford in 2019, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. Ludmila successfully completed their MBA in 2021.
