Ludmila Milla

Ludmila Milla has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Their most recent role is as the CEO and Co-founder of UJJI, a learning and development SaaS company that helps scale-up teams train their employees on the skills required for business growth. Prior to UJJI, they worked as the People and Culture Manager at Hive Learning, where they facilitated the adoption of critical growth behaviors through a mobile-first group learning platform. Ludmila also held the position of UK HR, Finance, and Office Management at BroDesignLtd, a creative fashion design studio.

Before their recent roles, Ludmila held significant positions such as Managing Partner and Co-founder at quattroD, where they provided strategic leadership in organization design, workforce planning, and change management. Ludmila also co-founded Método Santé, where they were responsible for the overall strategy and go-to-market approach. Additionally, Ludmila has experience in organizational development and human resources as an Organisational Development Manager at Método Potencial Engenharia.

In their early career, Ludmila worked as an Architect at Método Potencial Engenharia and started their professional journey as an Analyst at Whirlpool Corporation.
