Ajay Talluri

Ajay Talluri has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Ajay currently holds the position of Senior Vice President - IT Governance and PMO at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director, Global Delivery at Finastra from July 2018 to August 2022. During their tenure, they played a crucial role in transforming Finastra's Captive Centers and implementing advanced resourcing models and automation.

Before joining Finastra, Ajay worked at Temenos as the AVP - Head of Consulting Services India from March 2011 to July 2018. Ajay'sresponsibilities included leading a team involved in core product enhancements and product innovation for clients.

Ajay also gained significant experience at ING as the Unit Head - Operations Control from September 2008 to March 2011. In this role, they focused on operational risk management and controls, including reviewing risk areas and formulating mitigating controls.

Prior to ING, Ajay worked at Deloitte as the Deputy Manager - Audit and Assurances from September 2004 to September 2008. During their time at Deloitte, they coordinated and led audit and assurance assignments for various organizations in the Indian business environment.

Furthermore, Ajay held the position of Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts at Bimal Auto Agency India Pvt. Ltd. from February 2003 to March 2004. Ajay was responsible for designing and managing the accounting system and providing strategic consulting to senior management.

Ajay's career began as an Articled Clerk at Merssrs Y.V.S Vinod, Chartered Accountants from August 1998 to August 2001.

Ajay Talluri attended Bangalore Public School from 1985 to 1995, where they completed their ICSE degree with a focus on Economics, Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, and Languages.
