Rupesh Deshpande

Rupesh Deshpande is currently serving as the Deputy Credit Manager at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank since October 2023. Previously, Rupesh held the position of Assistant Manager at DCB Bank from March 2023 to October 2023, where responsibilities included managing the entire loan process from login to disbursement and collaborating with the sales team to address credit queries. Prior to that, Rupesh worked as a Credit Analyst at LIC Housing Finance Limited from June 2014 to March 2023, undertaking similar duties related to loan processing and credit assessment. Rupesh holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
