Sudhesh Rao Perodi is currently working as the Chief Manager - Delivery Solutions at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Profinch from July 2019 to October 2022. sudhesh also worked as a Software Engineer at SysArc Infomatix Pvt Ltd. from February 2018 to July 2019.

Sudhesh Rao Perodi attended S J B Institute of Technology from 2012 to 2016, where they pursued a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In August 2016, they obtained a Professional Diploma in Digital Transformation - Java Enterprise with Dev Ops from NIIT Limited.
