Suzanne Braggs

Suzanne Braggs has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Suzanne started their career at Apna Holidays in 2014 as a Marketing Assistant. In 2016, they worked as an Intern at DDB Mudra Group. Suzanne then joined Ujjivan Small Finance Bank in 2017 as a Management Trainee and later progressed to roles such as Assistant Manager Banking operations, Assistant Manager Insurance and TPP, and Manager Insurance and Third Party Products. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Manager- Insurance and TPP operations at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank.

Suzanne Braggs has a diverse education history. Suzanne completed their Masters in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Operations from St Joseph's Institute of Management between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, in 2014, they attended the Balmatta Institute of Secretarial Studies where they obtained a diploma in Secretarial Duties and Business Correspondence. In 2011, Suzanne earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Management from SDM College of Business Management.

Before pursuing higher education, Suzanne completed their 10th grade education at St. Agnes, focusing on Junior High/Intermediate/Middle School Education and Teaching.

In addition to their formal education, Suzanne has obtained several certifications. In 2015, they received a certification in Business Correspondence and Secretarial Duties. In 2014, they achieved an IELTS certification through the British Council. In 2013, they completed a project on Customer Satisfaction through SKODA India.
