Gayle Boulton is an experienced professional in sustainability, climate change, and organizational transformation with a career spanning multiple roles at the Department for Education and the Department for Work and Pensions. Currently serving as Head of Sustainability & Climate Change at the Department for Education, Gayle leads initiatives to enhance climate and nature education within the education sector. Prior roles at DWP included Change Leader, Estates Strategy Lead, and People and Culture Manager, where Gayle contributed to modernizing work environments and supporting extensive cultural changes to ensure efficient operations.
