Scott Dickson

Scott Dickson is a Senior Strategy Adviser at the Department for Education since November 2024, having previously held the position of Devolution Strategy Principal at Greater Manchester Combined Authority from June 2023 to November 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing the implementation of the Trailblazer Devolution Deal and managing negotiations with government departments. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Adviser for The Labour Party from March 2021 to December 2022, leading projects for the UK's future, and providing senior stakeholder management and research. From November 2014 to March 2021, Scott Dickson worked as a Senior Parliamentary Assistant for Bridget Phillipson MP, supporting various aspects of parliamentary operations and media relations. Additional prior roles involved assisting MPs Iain McKenzie and Heidi Alexander.
