Alison Payne

Alison Payne is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching and business management. Currently serving as a Coach Developer at UK Coaching since June 2023, Alison supports sports coaches in their development and aspirations. With a long tenure at ARP Associates Ltd and ARP Equestrian Coaching since 2011, Alison specializes in education, equestrianism, and personal development, acting as a facilitator for personal change. Previous roles include CEO of the Association of Fencing Industries and Strategic Development Manager at EFIA, where Alison contributed to the growth and support of the fencing industry. With a background in healthcare management as Managing Director at Synergy Health Laboratory Services Ltd, as well as other leadership positions in business development and laboratory services, Alison also holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from Cardiff University and advanced certifications in Executive Coaching from the University of South Wales.
