Leslie Rance

Leslie Rance currently serves as a Board Trustee for UK Community Foundations and Foundation Scotland, and as Chairman of British Lacrosse since March 2023. Additional roles include being a Partner at Mindofafox and a Global Practitioner at the University of Strathclyde. Previously held positions include Business Advisor at ParallelDots and Non Executive Director at the South African Chamber of Commerce UK. Leslie Rance has extensive experience at BAT, holding multiple senior roles including Head of Human Resources for Southern Africa and Global HR Business Partner, and at Anglo American in various Information Systems management capacities. Education includes a Master of Science in International Business with Law from the University of Salford and a Diploma in Information Systems from CCOSA College.
