Richard Grimshaw

Richard Grimshaw is a highly experienced barrister specializing in clinical negligence, inquests, and personal injury law at No5 Barristers' Chambers since October 2010. Richard has a diverse practice, representing both claimants and defendants, including organizations such as NHSR and the Ministry of Defence. Additionally, Richard serves as Senior Junior Counsel to the UK Covid-19 Inquiry and holds multiple roles within the Ministry of Justice UK, including Recorder and Deputy King's Bench Master. Richard also has experience as H.M. Assistant Coroner for Birmingham and Solihull.
