Poonam Shah is an experienced analytics professional with a strong background in operational risk management. Currently serving as a Manager of Analytics at UK Finance since July 2017, Poonam previously held the position of Senior Analyst - Operational Risk at both UK Finance and the British Bankers' Association from February 2007 to June 2017. Poonam's career began with roles as a Statistics Analyst and Database Assistant at the British Bankers' Association. Poonam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the University of Kent and a Diploma in Business from AUSI, along with foundational education from Visa Oshwal Girls Secondary School.
