Claire Rusby

Claire Rusby MBA has over 17 years of work experience in human resources. Claire is currently the Human Resources Director at UK Greetings Ltd, a position they have held since March 2019. Prior to this, they served as the HR Director at UK Greetings and Clintons (AG Retail Cards) from March 2018 to February 2019. From 2016 to 2018, they were the Head of Human Resources at UK Greetings and Clintons (AG Retail). Claire has also held various HR positions at UK Greetings since 2006, including Head of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager. Claire has previous experience as an HR Manager at Stanley Tools and Hoyer UK Ltd.

Claire Rusby MBA has a diverse educational background. Claire obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Cranfield University between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, Claire completed a Level 7 certification in Coaching and Mentoring from the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) from 2020 to 2022.

Claire also holds a postgraduate diploma in Personnel and Development, which they earned from Dearne Valley Business School from 1998 to 2000. In addition, Claire completed their undergraduate studies at The University of Sheffield, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Honors degree in Business Management between 1995 and 1998.

To further enhance their skills, Claire has obtained a certification in "How to Create and Run a Brilliant Remote Workshop" from LinkedIn in September 2020.
