Amanda Lewis Yeary

Amanda Lewis Yeary, DrPH, RHIA has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Amanda currently holds a position at UK HealthCare as the Core Clinical Services Administrative Director, a role they began in October 2022. Prior to this, Amanda served as the Epic Program Director at UK HealthCare from September 2019 to October 2022. Amanda also worked as the Practice Manager at Markey Cancer Center from June 2015 to September 2019.

Before their time at UK HealthCare, Amanda worked as a Healthcare Consultant as an Independent Contractor from October 2013 to June 2015. Amanda also held the role of Associate Professor at Eastern Kentucky University from August 2008 to June 2015. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Credentialing/Insurance Coordinator at Surgical Care Affiliates from July 2004 to June 2008, and as an Administrative Assistant at Cumberland Valley Surgical Center from December 2003 to June 2004.

Through their various positions, Amanda has gained extensive experience in healthcare management, program direction, and consulting.

Amanda Lewis Yeary, DrPH, RHIA completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Administration at Eastern Kentucky University from 2000 to 2004. Amanda then pursued their Master of Public Health at the University of Kentucky from 2004 to 2007. Following that, they earned their Doctor of Public Health degree from the University of Kentucky between 2009 and 2013.
