Amber D. Hill

Amber D. Hill serves as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Initiatives Manager at UK HealthCare since April 2019, where responsibilities include strategic problem solving, development of health advancement partnerships, and mentoring staff. Previously, Amber D. Hill held the position of Senior Project Manager in the Enterprise PMO, leading complex projects and maintaining stakeholder communication. Prior experience includes Project Manager roles at Cerner Corporation and IBM, managing IT projects and global teams across various industries. Amber D. Hill also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia College, teaching Microsoft Office and information technology. Amber D. Hill holds a Master of Science in Applied Engineering and Technology Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business, Computer Information Systems, both from Murray State University.
