Amberlee Fay

Amberlee Fay has worked in a variety of roles related to patient experience and employee engagement. Amberlee started their career in 2012 at UK HealthCare as an Employee Engagement Manager, where they worked until 2017. In 2017, they joined the University of Kentucky as the Engagement and Work Life Director. In 2019, they returned to UK HealthCare as a Senior Patient Experience Manager, and later became the Enterprise Director of the Office of Patient Experience in March 2020.

Amberlee Fay holds a Master's Degree in Health Administration from the University of Kentucky, which they obtained between 2012 and 2016. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing from the University of Kentucky from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their degrees, they also obtained certification as a Certified Patient Experience Professional from the Patient Experience Institute in April 2022.
