Elaine Younce

Elaine Younce has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades in the healthcare sector. Elaine began their career in 1989 as a Reimbursement Analyst at Appalachian Regional Healthcare. Elaine then joined UK HealthCare in 1999 as an Associate Director of Reimbursement, where they worked until 2011. In 2010, they also took on the role of Director of Reimbursement at the University of Kentucky. From 2016 onwards, Elaine held prominent positions at UK HealthCare, serving as the Associate Chief Revenue Officer and currently as the Chief of Commercial and Governmental Payer Administration. Elaine'sexpertise in reimbursement and revenue management has contributed significantly to the organizations they have worked with.

Elaine Younce obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Lincoln Memorial University, where they studied from 1980 to 1983.
