Eric Riling

Eric Riling has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Eric started their career at AIM Healthcare, where they served as a Regional Account Manager from 2002 to 2005 and later as an Assistant Regional Director from 2005 to 2007. Eric then moved on to CHI Saint Joseph Health, where they worked as a Patient Access Manager from 2007 to 2010. Following this, they joined UK HealthCare, initially serving as an APC Coordinator from 2010 to 2012. Eric then transitioned into the role of Charge Capture Manager from 2012 to 2021, where they were responsible for enterprise charge reconciliation and developed reporting tools for revenue opportunities. Most recently, Eric held the position of Enterprise Director of Revenue Integrity at UK HealthCare, where they played a vital role in the successful go-live of the Epic build and led initiatives related to charge capture, CDM build and pricing, and charge reconciliation.
