Jennifer R. has a comprehensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Jennifer started their career at Premier, Inc. in 2000, where they worked as a Senior Performance Engineer for seven years before transitioning to the role of Senior Project Manager. In 2008, they joined Duke University Health System as a Management Engineer, later progressing to roles such as Manager, Director, and ultimately Senior Director of Performance Services. Beginning in 2019, Jennifer joined UK HealthCare as the Chief Administrative Officer. Jennifer then took on the role of Associate Vice President for Core Clinical & Performance Services and is currently serving as the Senior Associate Vice President for Chandler Expansion & Performance Improvement. Throughout their career, Jennifer has been involved in various operational, clinical, and performance improvement roles, demonstrating their expertise in healthcare management and optimization.

Jennifer R. obtained a BS in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University, graduating in 2000. Jennifer then pursued an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, completing their degree in 2004.
