Natalie Spalding

Natalie Spalding has a diverse work history starting in 2009 at Humana as a Financial Operations Intern, later becoming a Finance Analyst in Pharmacy Finance. In 2013, they joined UK HealthCare as an IT Financial Analyst and later became a Senior IT Financial Analyst and Business Partner Senior Specialist. In 2016, they moved to Kentucky Medical Services Foundation, Inc. as a Revenue Cycle Manager and later became a Senior Revenue Cycle Manager. Natalie has recently returned to UK HealthCare as a Revenue Management Associate Director in 2023.

Natalie Spalding's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Louisville, which they obtained in 2010. Natalie then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Eastern Kentucky University from 2010 to 2012. In 2013, Natalie earned a Graduate Certification in Public Health Management from the University of Kentucky. Additionally, Natalie obtained a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) in May 2018.
