Duncan Mann

Duncan Mann has extensive experience in Human Resources and organizational development. With a background in Psychology and Philosophy, Duncan has held various leadership roles in both the academic and non-profit sectors. Duncan has worked in roles such as Director of People at UK-Med, HR Manager at NCUK, Scholarly Communications Manager at the University of Salford, and Membership Services Director at the University of Manchester Students' Union. Duncan's accomplishments include improving candidate attraction, leading staff-led working groups, and implementing new HRIS systems. Duncan holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management and Development and a CIPD Certificate in Training Practice.
