Andy Fisher has extensive experience in audit and performance management, currently serving as the Head of International Relations and Technical Cooperation at the UK National Audit Office since July 2005. In this role, Andy manages modernization programs for performance audits and oversees audits of the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy. Previously, Andy was the Head of Quality Assurance, focusing on value for money (VFM) quality procedures and providing training and methodological support. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Performance Specialist at the Audit Commission from 2002 to 2005. Andy holds a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Kent and a BS in Biochemistry from Bangor University.
