Tony King has extensive experience in the technology and customer service sectors, currently serving as Service Manager and Customer Satisfaction and Business Engagement Manager at UK Power Networks since October 2013, where prior roles included Infrastructure Manager and Change and Service Introduction Manager. Prior to this, Tony held various positions at IBM UK LTD from July 2005 until August 2013, including Service Manager responsible for Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Defect, and Interlock Management. Tony's professional journey began at RSA (formerly Sun Alliance) as a Mainframe Operator from April 1990 to August 1997, followed by a role as Mainframe Operations Supervisor at IBM from August 1997 to July 2005. Earlier in the career, Tony was Chief Cashier/Securities at Midland Bank from July 1987 to March 1990. Tony King completed education at Worthing Sixth Form College from 1985 to 1987 and has also undergone training with QA.
