Mark Winter

Mark Winter is a seasoned finance and treasury professional with extensive experience in the banking and rail sectors. Currently serving as Non Executive Director and Managing Director at UK Rail Leasing Ltd since January 2014, Mark oversees the leasing and maintenance of locomotives and railway vehicles. Previously, Mark contributed as Treasury Consultant and Interim Treasurer at Tandem Bank, developing comprehensive treasury functions ahead of the bank's launch. Mark’s background in treasury includes key roles at the Royal Bank of Scotland, Ulster Bank, and Bradford & Bingley, with a focus on funding, capital markets, and risk management. Mark holds a Barrister degree from Inns of Court School of Law and a Law degree from London Metropolitan University.
