Jaqui Perryer

Jaqui Perryer has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jaqui currently works at UK Sports Institute as a Human Resources Director, a position they also held at the same company from January 2022 to September 2023. Prior to their current role, they served as the Group HR Director at UK Sport and English Institute of Sport from January 2018 to January 2022. Jaqui also worked as the Director HR and Change at English Institute of Sport in 2017 and as the People Strategy Project Manager at UK Sport in 2016. Before that, they held the position of Director for Organisation Development at HM Revenue & Customs in 2015. Jaqui served as the HR Director at the Cabinet Office from October 2013 to July 2015, where they led the transformation of the Cross Government HR function. Over the course of their career, they also held senior HR roles and served as the Strategy HR Director at the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) from February 2003 to October 2013. Their work experience began in 1991 at ICI/Ineos, where they held commercial and HR roles, managing a buying portfolio of industrial chemicals and marketing environmentally friendly chemicals.

Jaqui Perryer completed a Bachelor's Degree in European Business Studies (France) from Swansea University from 1986 to 1990. Jaqui then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University from 1999 to 2001.
