Luke Sweet

Luke Sweet is a seasoned professional in the field of strength and conditioning, currently serving as Company Director at SLED - Learning Solutions since January 2024, where innovative learning solutions are developed to enhance human potential. With a longstanding association with the UK Sports Institute, Luke has held multiple roles including Technical Lead, Learning Designer, and Lead Strength & Conditioning Coach for the British Canoeing Olympic and Paralympic programmes. Luke’s previous experience includes positions as Performance Scientist with the British Olympic Association and as Strength & Conditioning Coach at Core Cambridge. Luke holds an MSc in Strength & Conditioning from The University of Edinburgh, an MSc in Senior Leadership & Management from De Montfort University, and a Bachelor of Science in Sport & Exercise Science from Brighton University.
